Both the holder and all the drivers reflected in the contract must present their national identity document (EU residents only), their passport or an equivalent document and in physical form as proof of identity. If the document is not in Roman characters, it must be accompanied by a sworn translation of the document.

  • Driving license

All drivers reflected in the contract must physically present their original driving license, community (EU) or from countries adhering to type B international conventions, in force with Roman characters and with a minimum age of one year. If these requirements are not met, an international driving permit must be presented.

Faxed or photocopied driving licenses will not be accepted.

You will receive an email confirmation with a map with the indications where the vehicle will be delivered.

No, it is essential that the holder of the reservation and the main driver are present at the time of collection or we will not be able to deliver the vehicle.

It will not be necessary for the additional drivers to be present since their documentation can be presented by the holder, but they must always do so physically.

No, if you deliver the vehicle before the agreed date, the proportional part of the reservation will not be returned, but no penalty will be applied.

Yes, we offer a courtesy period of 60 minutes from the time indicated in your contract to return the vehicle.

If you have been fined during the period of your rental, we will immediately provide your data to the corresponding authority so that they can send you the fine as soon as possible.
